Return Policy

Return Time Frame

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to start a return for eligible items.
  • To initiate a return, please email us and we will email you a FREE prepaid return label.
  • Once the label is generated, you have 10 days to ship the item(s) back. After this period, the label will expire and the return will be canceled.

Unused/Unopened Items

  • Items returned in their original, unused, or unopened condition within the 14-day window qualify for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

Used Items

  • Used items are eligible for store credit only.
  • Ensure all original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included when returning.
  • Use the provided prepaid return label for returns. Missing items or components will be subject to our restocking guidelines.
  • After the 14-day return window, please contact the manufacturer for warranty assistance. As an authorized retailer, we can guide you to the appropriate manufacturer for warranty inquiries.

Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately.
  • Send an email to our support team for troubleshooting assistance. If the product is confirmed defective, we will provide a free prepaid return label.
  • For defective items reported within the 14-day window, a return will be issued upon receipt of the returned item with all original packaging and contents.
  • A 10% deduction will be applied if items are returned with missing components.
  • After 14 days, contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues. They will handle all warranty inquiries.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for returns or manufacturer defect claims once they leave our facility.

Restocking Information

  • Items returned with missing components, damaged packaging, or prohibited material/residue will incur a 10% deduction from the store credit.
  • Clean the device and ensure all original contents are returned to avoid deductions.
  • If the return is in unacceptable condition, we may return the items to you or dispose of them at your expense.
